Sea Catch White Shrimp is commonly known as the Banana Shrimp or Chaka Shrimp. This is one of the major commercial prawn species of the world. White Shrimp is well known for its distinctive bold, sweet, firm-textured meat. It has a sweet and mild flavor, low to medium oiliness and moist flesh with a medium texture. Flesh is translucent when raw and white with pinkish bands when cooked.
